Every Heart & Stone order ships free and fully insured to the United States and Canada. Your order remains insured throughout the shipping process until delivery.

Orders are also sent in plain, discreet packaging, so nothing on the outside of the package reveals what's inside.

For added delivery security, someone 21 or older must sign for the package. If you're not yet 21 or require a different delivery arrangement, our team can help you explore the available options.

What Happens if the Ring Doesn't Fit?

Even when you've done your best to determine the correct size, a ring can fit differently once it's actually being worn.

That's why Heart & Stone offers one complimentary resizing within the first year of purchase.

Simply contact our team and arrange to ship the ring back to us. We'll complete the resizing and return the ring to you.

Certain designs may have different resizing limitations, so choosing the most accurate size possible when ordering is always recommended.

Confidence After Your Purchase

We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase once you finally see your jewelry in person.

Eligible Heart & Stone purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date. Returned pieces must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original documentation and materials.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund can be processed according to the original payment method.
